Consent is not a condition of employment; however, SMS may be a primary communication method for operational efficiency.
5. Use of Twilio (SMS Service Provider)
We use Twilio, a third-party communication platform, to send and receive SMS messages.
- Twilio processes message data on our behalf
- Twilio may store and transmit SMS data in accordance with its privacy and security standards
- Twilio is contractually obligated to protect data and use it only for service delivery
